Did that volcano just belch in front of me?
Our first stop for the night was Huehuetenago Guatemala
The town was not much to look at but the hotel was a delight…and cheap. We stayed at the Zaculeu hotel a block passed the square.
The next morning we swallowed hard and asked the hotel front desk how to get out of town. The hotel had one of their employees hop on his 125 and lead out of the city maze to the highway.
We made it in to our next new favorite city Antigua, Guatemala which was surrounded by volcanoes.
